This program was in beta phase from January to March 2007. The goal was to receive feedback from the artists to improve the revenue share system.

2006年11月29日 クリエイティブ・コモンズ・ジャパンでは、これまでクリエイティブ・コモンズ・ライセンスの種類によって適切に組み合わせ表示される4つのライセンス・マークを、「帰属／非営利／派生禁止／同一条件許諾」としていました。これは、2004年3月にライセンスをリリースする際、米国での呼称にできるだけ忠実なものにしようとの考えに基づいたものでした。 しかしCCライセンスが普及するにつれて、皆様から、「帰属」「同一条件」などの名称は一見して内容が分かりにくい、とのご意見を多数いただくようになり、このような状況を受けてCCJP事務局内で熟考のうえ討議した結果、ライセンス・マーク名称をより判別しやすく使いやすいものへと変更することと致しました。 マーク 新名称 意味 旧名称
【CCPLv3.0】著作者人格権（同一性保持権）に関する議論
ＣＣライセンスｖ3.0の2つ目の論点は、著作者人格権の取り扱いです。 日本版のＣＣライセンスでは、すでに、著作者人格権については、名誉声望を害するような改変の場合には同一性保持権が行使できますが、それ以外の場合には行使できない、という整理を行っています。ところが、世界的に見ると、著作者人格権が法律で明記してある国とそうでない国（たとえば米国）があり、法律で著作者人格権についての規定がある国の中でも、ＣＣライセンスで著作者人格権の取り扱いについて言及している国としていない国があり、言及している国の中でも、尊重している国や放棄している国（たとえばカナダ）があることが分かりました。 ＣＣライセンスは、目標のひとつとして、世界中でできるだけ共通の作品の利用ルールを提供することを掲げていますので、このような取り扱いの違いはあまり好ましいことではありません。 さらに、クリエーターの間では、著作者人格権
