菅直人公式サイト: 格付け日本の国債に対するムーディーズの格付けが二段階下がった。景気回復が見込めず財政悪化に歯止めがかからないと見られた結果。日本の国債はほとんどが日本国内で消化されその多くは銀行が買っている。通常なら格付けが下がれば国債も下がるのだが銀行は資金運用先が国債以外に無いため、国債の価格が下がらないという奇妙なことになっている。外国に資金が流出し始めれば一挙に国債は暴落する恐れがある。能天気な総理や財務大臣には分かっているのだろうか。
