前回は、日本と欧米先進国とのエネルギー消費の比較を紹介したが、今回は、日本とアジア各国のエネルギー消費量を比較して、将来の行方を考えてみることにしたい。 ここでは、国際エネルギー機関(IEA)による、各国の国民1人当たりの家庭用エネルギー消費量(これには薪や農業廃棄物等の可燃再生エネルギーを含んでいない)のデータを基に、日本とアジア各国における経年の推移を紹介する。各国それぞれの1990年の値を1.0として、相対的な変化を見ることにしたい。 ■アジア諸国のエネルギー消費量は増加傾向 1998年を境にすべての国・地域で増加傾向にあるが、ベトナムの伸びが突出している。なお、このグラフには、可燃再生エネルギーは含まれていない(出所:IEA 「Energy Balance OECD Countries」「Energy Balances Non-OECD Countries」より住環境計画研究所
