ILOは10日、「世界の雇用及び社会の見通し  動向編  2024年版」（World Employment and Social Outlook: Trends 2024）を発表しました。労働市場は経済状況の悪化の中で驚くべき回復を見せたものの、世界の失業率は2024年には上昇すると予測。不平等の拡大と生産性の停滞が懸念材料だと述べました。 報告書によると、失業率と労働需要不足率（雇用ニーズはあるものの基準上は失業者とはされていない者を含む）のいずれもがパンデミック以前の水準を下回りました。2023年の世界の失業率は5.1％で、2022年の5.3％から小幅に改善し、世界労働需要不足率と労働参加率も2023年から改善が見られました。 報告書は、しかしながら数字上に表れない部分でぜい弱性があらわになりつつあると指摘し、労働市場の見通しと世界の失業率はいずれも悪化すると予測。2024年には、求職
