BIBFRAME.ORG contains demonstration material for BIBFRAME 2.0 Tools BIBFRAME Editor (BFE) Demonstration site for viewing editor functionality. This demonstration editor contains a sample set of descriptions entered by LC catalogers. This sample set includes original and copy cataloging of materials in a variety of formats. ウェブ時代の新しい書誌データモデル“BIBFRAME” 米国議会図書館（LC）は，2012年11月21日付で，「『データのウェブ』としての書誌フレームワーク：Linked Dataモデルと支援サービス」と題した文書を公表した。LCでは，RDA（CA1767参照）導入テストの結果などを踏まえ，書誌フレームワークの変革に向けた取り組み“Bibliographic Framework Transition Initiative”を2011年5月に開始し，同年10月に計画文書を公表していた（E1246参照）。この取り組みの新たなステップとして，半世紀近くにわたって用いられてきたMARCに替わる，ウェブ時代にふさわしい新たなフォーマットのためのデータモデル“BIBFRAME”を提案したものである。 本文書は，モデルを提示する中心部分の前に序論を，後にLinked Data（CA1746参照）に関わる
