シャープと資本提携で合意した台湾の鴻海(ホンハイ)精密工業が3日、台湾の証券取引所に提出した文書で「鴻海が契約通りの価格で株を引き受ける義務がなくなったことにシャープは同意した」と発表した。 1株あたりの購入価格を引き下げる狙いがあるとみられる。 一方、シャープは4日、「同意した事実はない」(広報)と否定した。両社は3月、鴻海がシャープの新株を669億円で買い取り、9・9%を保有して事実上の筆頭株主となることで合意。設定取得価格は1株550円だが、3日の東京株式市場で192円(終値)まで落ち込んだ。
