当ブログをご訪問頂きまして大変有り難うございます。 出遅れおじさんです。 例の、鴨川の蕎麦屋 deokureojisan.hatenablog.com に、もう一度蕎麦を食べに行きたい・・・と思っていましたが、中々天気に恵まれず、本日(9月26日)ピンポイントで大丈夫そうでしたので、「打墨庵 加瀬」に、朝からいそいそと準備をして出かけました。 前回は初めてでしたので、やや「蕎麦尽くし」的な「うらコース」を頂きましたが、今日はしっかり蕎麦を味わいたい、と言うことで、豆腐と天せいろを頂きました。 濃厚な豆腐 天せいろ(ここも竹やぶ同様温かいそばつゆです) 追加のせいろ 豆腐はそのままでも中々味濃く、うまみもありましたが、山葵＋塩(ちょっと赤味のある)が超絶でした。 天せいろの海老かき揚げは、絶妙な揚げ加減でプリプリの海老が美味しかったです。 蕎麦自体は香りも良く、悪のり(いや、最初の注文から・

味覚障害になった感想と久々の食レポ こんにちは！ 食レポ熟女ヤギネでございます。 ７月にコロナに感染し、味覚障害に陥りました。 最初は大丈夫だったはずなのに、高熱などの症状が出て３日目くらいから食べ物の味がなんかおかしくなってきて、４－５日目くらいには酸味と苦み以外はまともに感じられないという状況に。 塩味は「 味がすることはわかるけども、私の知っている塩味じゃない 」という感覚で、甘みに関してはまったく感じ取れないか「 味はしないけど、なんか甘味の波動を感じる 」という。 ２週間はそんな感じで、トマトとレモンくらいしかまともに味がわからなくて心の底から絶望しておりました。 アイスクリームの味を食べ比べして、抹茶とチョコの区別がつかなかったときは自分でも笑った。 その後、徐々に味覚は回復し、１ヶ月以上が経過した現在はほぼほぼ元通りになり一安心。 ただ、本当に以前と同じ味覚なのか自信がなく、
