エールフランスのA380型がニューヨークJFK国際空港で2011年4月11日、ボンバルディアCRJ700型に接触した。CRJは吹っ飛ばされ、90度回転。その様子がYoutubeにアップされている。 飛ばされたCRJはコムエアがデルタコネクションとして運航。機体番号(レジ)は「N641CA」。一方、吹っ飛ばしたA380型の機体番号(レジ)は「F-HPJD」。こちらの損傷はマイナーと大きなダメージではなかったが、当日のフライトは欠航となった。
