これは1985年ごろ、僕が27歳の写真。大阪でゼネラルプロダクツというＳＦショップを開いていたころ。 当時はまだ90キロを超えた程度だった。大学時代は88キロをキープしていたので、徐々に太りだしていたんだろうね。 2002年ごろのオタクアミーゴス舞台写真。右端の僕がいまやこの三人で一番体重が少ない、というのがいまだに信じられない。 2005年の終わりかな？体重117キロ時代。アゴも首も肉に埋もれているねぇ（笑） 2006年1月にＮＨＫ［真剣十代しゃべり場」に出たときの映像。このときも117キロ。この3ヵ月後にダイエット（助走）を開始することになる。 2006年4月、ダイエット開始直前の写真。ＣＳ番組「プチクリ学園」よりの画面撮り画像。この直後、レコーディングダイエット「助走」フェーズを開始した。 2006年9月、「上昇」フェーズスタート期。4月よりほぼ4ヶ月の「助走」「離陸」で10キロ落と
