ご機嫌いかがでしょうか、豊崎です。re:Invent2019で発表されたAWS Outpostsについてどんどん投稿していきたいと思います。 re:Invent2019のEXPO会場にAWS Outpostsの実機がありましたのでご紹介したいと思います。 筐体について 展示されていたAWS Outpostsはこちら。データセンターに通っていた時代を思い出します。サイズは42U(80”X24”X48”※単位はインチ)です。 （ケーブリングが綺麗） 説明をしてくれた方によると設置はAWSが行い、24/365でAWSがハードウェアについて監視をしていて、故障があったら連絡があるということでした。ハードの管理もそうですが、AWS Outposts上で起動したAWSリソースについてもAWS側でクラウド上にあるリソースと同様にパッチの適用やメンテナンスを行ってもらえるため運用負荷を外だしできることも強
