Sugar: a SAT-based Constraint Solver
Sugar is a SAT-based Constraint Solver. Constraint Satisfaction Problem (CSP) is encoded to a Boolean CNF formula, and it is solved by an external SAT solver. Sugar also can solve Constraint Optimization Problems (COP) and Max-CSP.
