    株式会社あぐりかる 幻の三春索麺（三春そうめん） 本日紹介するのは、YouTube 福島民報チャンネルに掲載中の動画から、福島県三春町の「幻の三春索麺（そうめん）」。東北の小さな城下町といわれる三春には、郷土玩具の雄三春駒や三春人形、国の指定天然記念物で枝垂れ桜としては日本一の滝桜がある。そしてもう一つの名物と言われるのが、この三春索麺。動画の中で「震災後は工場も止まり、出荷することもできなかったが、ようやく再開することができた」と述べるのは、株式会社あぐりかるのムナカタさん。三春索麺は「油を使わない手のべ製法で作られた平麺で、大変コシが強く喉越しが良いので、冷やしても温めても美味しく召し上がれる」とのこと。動画からもリンクされている販売サイトでの一番人気は、「幻の三春索麺 三色詰合せ"三春彩り"」。（動画提供 福島民報）
