  はじめに RNAは分解しやすいもの。みなさまそんなイメージをお持ちの方がほとんどではないでしょうか。一般的な対策として、RNAの分解を抑えるためには氷上で操作することが推奨されています。しかし実際のところ、どのくらいの熱で分解してしまうのか、気になりませんか？そして実験結果にどのくらい影響してしまうのでしょうか？ 弊社で開催しているRNA抽出／cDNA合成ハンズオントレーニングご参加者のそんな率直な疑問から、RNAを常温で放置して、あるいはあえて加熱してどれくらい分解するのかやってみました！ 材料と方法 材料： ・RNAサンプル（HeLa細胞からInvitrogen™ PureLink™ RNA mini kitで精製したtotal RNA 5ng/μL） ・Applied Biosystems™ TaqMan™ Fast Virus 1-Step Master Mix ・Applied
