はじめに 「これからインターネットでは「EC」が本格的に来る!」というのを最近思っています。こういうと、15年前からあるじゃんとか、もうAmazonとか楽天で、とっくに普及していると思われるかもしれません。 そして僕も、このあたりに関しては非常に感覚が鈍いので 「ECなんてAmazonや楽天によってもう終わっていて、これから参入しても無理でしょう。いけるとしたらYahoo!ショッピングくらいじゃないの?」 みたいに思っていました。 しかし、最近これが全然違うなーと思ってきているのですね。むしろECはこれからようやく発達していくんじゃないかと思ってきました。 ECはこれから? 僕は今まで、こういう認識でした。「ものを売る」という行為が、リアルな小売から、ECにどんどん置き換わっているというイメージです。 つまり、「ECのほうが便利だし、ECで買えるようになってきたら、ほとんどのものがインター
