"Economic Index" is the deviation score that shows how well or bad a Japanese municipality does economically as of the last census in 2010, compared to the average value of 50. Score Breakdown The index is calculated on the eight indices shown below. Those major economic elements are the statistic data translated into numbers from 20 to 80.
