The chat room/forum problem (& an apology to @Technosailor)
I’ve been doing online communities for more than 20 years, starting in 1985 when a friend had a BBS. I’ve been taking lots of bashing for not backing up my blog. I deserved that. Or did I? Several people this weekend have been sending me all the posts that have been deleted.
