社内ハッカソンをしよう
ハッカソン（Hackathon）は、ハックとマラソンを組み合わせた造語で、プログラマが集まってわいわいとプログラミングをする、というイベントのこと。最近の例では、東日本大震災に対してなにかプログラミングで役に立ちたいという人たちが集まって「Hack For Japan」というハッカソンが開催されたりしています。 ハッカソンは開かれたイベントとして誰でも参加できる形式で行われることが多いのですが、社内のプログラマが集まる社内ハッカソンもいいぞ、という主張を、ビデオチャットサービス「tokbox」の開発者Jonathan Mumm氏がブログに「Why your company should do an internal hackathon」（なぜあなたの会社は社内ハッカソンをすべきなのか）というエントリでポストしています。 社内ハッカソンで期待できること Mumm氏は、社内ハッカソンの良いとこ
