Mozilla Update
Mozilla Updateが(まだbetaと付いてますが)へのExtentionやTheme登録がとても楽になってました。プロセスはたったの2段階。参照ダイアログで作成したxpiファイルを指定しアップロード、そして適切なカテゴリを選択。これだけ。 xpiファイルをアップロードすると、中のinstall.rdfを読んでくれるらしく、Extension名や対応しているFirefox(やThunderbird、Mozilla Suite)のバージョン、descriptionなどは自動的にフォームが埋まってくれます。ので、マウスだけで登録完了という簡単さ。 今までのBugzillaであれこれ指定して登録してテストしてくれる人待ちというかなり面倒くさいプロセスはいったい何だったんだ・・・みたいな。あと更新通知対応というこれまた面倒なことは全部Mozilla Update側でやってくれるらしいのもス
