まずはじめに図１のようなモデルを描くにはそれなりの専用ソフトを用いなければなりません。しかし、Chem3D等のソフトは高いですよね。研究室や会社にある場合はそれを使ってしまっていいと思うのですが、特にWindowsの方はなかなかそううまくはいかないと思います。 ということで、ここで紹介する方法はすべて、フリーソフトウェアを使った作成法です。下記にあげたソフトを使って作成します。 １、ISIS Draw (Windows 4.9MB /Macintosh 3.6MB ) フリーソフトの構造式描画、分子モデル作成プログラム。ISIS Draw で作成した構造式はMOLDAやTINKERを利用すると分子モデルに変換できる。構造式描画としてもChemDraw等に劣らずなかなか使いやすい。 ２、MOLDA (Windows 2.97MB/Macintosh/UNIX) MOLDAは分子模型作成用プ
