git-svn で branch を扱う - cooldaemonの備忘録
一応、メモ。 branch ごと clone する SourceForge から kai を取得する例。 $ git svn clone https://kai.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/kai -T trunk -b branches -t tags branch が増えた場合 git svn rebase は、現在の作業 branch を更新するだけなので、下記のようにする。 $ git svn fetch svn これで、増えた branch を取得できる。末尾の "svn" オプションは、.git/config を参照の事。 branch の操作 まずは、リモート branch の確認 $ git branch -r cooldaemon_embed_tcp_server takemaru_config_get_list_of_keys trunk ロ
commit --amend 時にコミットログの入力を省く - 永遠に未完成
git commit --amend を使うと、直前のコミットでやり忘れた変更を付け足せるのでとても便利。 でも、多くの場合は変更部分に typo を見つけた場合とかファイルを追加し忘れていた場合などで、コミットログの編集を行うことはほとんどない。でも --amend をするとコミットログの編集用にエディタが立ち上がる。すぐに終了すればいいんだけど、エディタって場合によっては立ち上がるの遅いし必要ないなら立ち上がってほしくない。これを避ける方法。 git commit --amend -C HEADこれで OK。-C は既存のログメッセージを再利用するオプション。 私は以下のように alias を設定している。 cia = commit --amend -a -C HEAD私は -a を付けるタイプ。ここは好みで。 ついでに日時を更新する git commit --amend では、コミッ

rebase 便利だよ、というだけのエントリです。 AA で書いてる部分は時間があれば画像に置き換えます。 rebase とは ブランチを作成した場所を変更することと理解しています。つまり、そのブランチの「親」を変更する、ということです。 もう少し動作に踏み込むと、指定したコミットの後ろに現在のブランチで行ったコミットをリプレイするように適用します*1。単なるリプレイではなく、その過程をいじくれるのが rebase のすごいところです。 単純な rebase はたとえばこんな感じです。 以下のようなリポジトリの状態があったとして (現在チェックアウトされているブランチは dev ということを表すのに * を使っています)、 1---2---3 *dev / A---B---C---D master次のコマンドを実行します。 $ git rebase masterこれにより、リポジトリの状態
