あなたは悪くない |性被害についての認識のずれ
以前の記事に 抵抗できない状態の女性に性行為を強いること自体が、女性の人権を無視した、尊厳を踏みにじる行為だ。 自分の同意なく、性行為を強いられるということは、自分の体、心がモノ扱いされているということだ。自分の体なのに、自分の意思は無視され、他人の思うがままにされているということだ。 それが、どれだけダメージを与えるものなのか、わかっていなさすぎる。いや、わかろうとする気さえない人が多すぎるのだと思った。 悲しいが、これが現実だ。改めて、どれだけ性犯罪が世間に理解されていないのか、痛感した。 と書いた。 そのことにからめて、なぜ、性被害のひどさが、理解してもらいにくいのかということを、書こうと思う。 通常の性行為と、暴行脅迫をもちいた性行為と、何が違うのかわからないという、男性の声を多く聞く。（残念ながら、法曹界にも多く存在する） それを聞いたときは、倒れるかと思うくらいの、頭をなぐられ
