2009年7月22日、日本の陸地では46年ぶりとなる皆既日食が観察されました。残念ながらトカラ列島など、多くの地方では天候に恵まれなかったようですが、一部の島や洋上では、コロナやダイヤモンドリングが観察されました。 ●渡部潤一（天文情報センター長）のコメント 周りにはところどころ雲があったものの、ほぼ天頂付近では、皆既となった太陽がよく見られました。皆既の継続時間は6分40秒ほどでした。皆既中はコロナとダイヤモンドリングが大変きれいに見え、特にコロナは東西方向に大きく広がっているようすがわかりました。（硫黄島近海の船上で皆既日食を観察） 皆既日食の画像について（→ページへ） 今回撮影した皆既日食の画像について、こちらのページにまとめましたので、ご覧ください。 →2009年7月22日の皆既日食の画像ページへ 2009年7月22日に起こる日食の概要 2009年7月22日には日食が起こります。日
