統計的アプローチと根源的アプローチ 新しいサービスを考える上で、まずは「ユーザのニーズ（またはインサイト）を探ることが大切である」と言うのは、聞き飽きて耳にタコが出来る話ではないでしょうか？ では、ユーザのニーズを探るアプローチとしては皆さんはどのような方法を思い浮かべますか？ 大きく分けて下記の2 つに分類されるかと思います。 ①統計的アプローチ アンケート等を用いて多数の意見を収集し、統計することで市場の動向を探る ②根源的アプローチ 想定顧客を調査/理解/分析することにより、想定顧客に内存する共通の価値観を探る リサーチャー（プロジェクトメンバー）の調査/分析による主観的な判断に基づきニーズを探ることは、リサーチャーの力量、対象に対する理解、判断力、経験値に大きく依存し、本ブログの主題である戦略性に欠けるため記事の対象外とします。 ここでは、①統計的アプローチと②根源的アプローチの違
