NDA解禁されたし、もういいや書いちゃえ。もっとも以下の内容にNDA事項はそもそも含まれてないけど。 Appleのライセンスではユーザーがスクリプト可能なアプリケーションや、Appleの提供しない言語パーサの実装が禁止されてる。 でもiPhoneのウェブ表示コンポーネントクラス使って、ローカルにキャッシュしたHTMLページ表示するのはライセンス違反じゃない。JavaScriptで実装したウェブアプリケーション／ウィジェットを、ローカルに保存して実行するキャッシュがついたブラウザは、ライセンスに抵触しないでリリースできる。 ついでにSafariのJavaScriptはSQLLiteついてるのでJS上でDB管理も可能。マルチタッチも取れる。そういうブラウザが１つでもあればOPEN-GLやカメラ・スピーカを使わないアプリケーションならば、AppStoreを経由しないで配布公開できるってわけです。
