OutlookExpressやOutlookはメッセージやアドレス帳のバックアップをMIcrosoftが推奨しているエクスポート機能で取ろうとするうまくいかないことが多いようです。この場合、データをフォルダー丸ごと　コピーしてバックアップしてください。 ※取り出したファイルはそのままでは読めません。アプリで正常かどうか確認してください。方法はこちらのブログ記事にあります。　 http://den-now.sblo.jp/category/2450769-1.html ※データを書き戻す場合は　メールソフトのインポートの機能を使ってください。日頃からこまめにバックアップを取っておいてください。ハードディスクがクラッシュしてからでは遅いですよ。このページはAs Isでの情報提供です。このページに関してのお問い合わせはご遠慮ください。
