「航空機の運航の安全に支障を及ぼすおそれのある電子機器等を定める告示」の一部改正について
航空機内における安全阻害行為等を定めた航空法第７３条の４第５項の規定について、平成１９年１月に施行後３年を経過したことから、有識者による懇談会を設置し検討を重ねた結果、３月２８日『航空機内での使用を制限する携帯電子機器を早急に見直す必要がある』との提言がなされたことを踏まえ、専門機関の調査研究結果等に基づき、「航空機の運航の安全に支障を及ぼすおそれのある電子機器等を定める告示」の改正を行いました。 本告示の改正にあたり、最新の電子機器に関する使用制限のあり方を検討し、以下の区分により整理することとしました。
