レジデント初期研修用資料 引っ越し前の旧blogです。新しいアドレスは http://medt00lz.s59.xrea.com/wp/ になります 日常が失われる恐怖 その人にとっての故郷というのは、たぶん介護士さんの顔と声だった。 老人病棟の患者さんは、毎日叫ぶ。ひたすら怖がって、 何やっても叫ぶ。 その人は、前の施設ではおとなしかったらしい。 会話は全くできないけれど。 誤嚥性肺炎を発症して紹介入院。抗生剤で簡単に軽快。 例によって老健はどこも満床で、一度退所したらそう簡単には入れない。 これもまたお約束で、家族の方は在宅での介護を拒否。 行き場がないから、当院にて長期入院。 元気になったらもう叫ぶ叫ぶ。 食事をしようがマッサージをしようが、手足を振り回して全部拒否。 ご家族の｢できるだけのことを｣の言葉は、ときに本人に地獄を見せる。 本人にとっては、病院という場所は全くの異世界。
