印刷 関連トピックスパナソニック 映像・音響大手のJVCケンウッドは5日、同社株の約19%を持つ筆頭株主のパナソニックがその大半を売却すると発表した。証券会社が購入希望者を募り、株価に応じた価格で売る。売却後にはパナソニックの持ち分は約2%に減り、筆頭株主ではなくなる。売り出し価格は未定。 JVCケンウッドの前身の一つは「犬のマーク」で有名な日本ビクター。パナソニックはその元親会社で、2008年にケンウッドと経営統合した後も大株主として支えてきた。 パナソニックを創業した故松下幸之助氏が1954年、業績が悪くなったビクターの再建を銀行に頼まれ、資本参加した。戦前から続く名門メーカーがなくなるのを惜しんだという。今回の売却で、半世紀を超える関係が終わる。 続きは朝日新聞デジタルでご覧いただけます関連記事「来年からはワンパナソニック」 電工と三洋で終業式(12/28)さらば「SANYO」
