元MTVのスターVJがオランダの雑誌を訴えた裁判で、オランダの裁判所はCreative Commonsのライセンスが法的拘束力を持つとする判決を下した。 法律関連ウェブサイト「Groklaw」によると、従来の著作権ライセンスよりも高い柔軟性を持つ同ライセンスの法的拘束力が裁判で確認されたのは今回が初めてだという。 「Creative Commonsのライセンスはかなり新しいため、判例はほとんどない。そのため、これは重要な展開といえる」（Groklaw） かつてMTVのVJをしていたAdam Curryは、オランダの雑誌「Weekend」がCurryの娘の写真を無断掲載したことを受け、同誌を著作権侵害で提訴した。CurryがFlickrの写真共有サイトで公開した問題の写真には、「Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 2.0

☆ 更新再開＆はてなダイヤリーとの連携開始 ご無沙汰しております。なんと2年ぶりの更新になってしまいました。 もう更新がないのではないかと思われていた方も多いかと思いますが、まあ、色々ありまして、久しぶりに更新を再開しようと思っています♪ というのも、今年に入ってから、真紀奈のライフワーク（？）でもある著作権法関係の問題に、大きな動きがあるから、というのが理由だったりします。色々と重要なことが、どうもあまり上手くない形で変わっているような気がして不安なんですね。 最近、お兄ちゃん経由だったり、真紀奈に直接だったり、色々と最近の著作権法周りのことについて聞かれることが多くなってきたのもあって、今話題になっているところくらいは記事にしておこうかな、って思ったわけです。 それで、どうせなので今年の年始につくっていたはてなダイヤリーとの連携も行おうかと思っています。メインはこちらですけど
