マトリクスをつかって、物事を整理することは良くやると思うが、それを発展させるときには、マトリクスをかけ合わせると発想を得られやすくなる。 「IDEA HACKS!」を読んでいたら、そんな話と共にSWOT分析での例が載っていた。私もマトリクスを使うときにはよくやるHackなのでご紹介。 SWOT分析は、「強み」、「弱み」、「機会」、「脅威」という切り口で、状況を整理していく手法なのだが、ここから得られるのは、整理されてはいるが事実の列挙だけである。 それだけでは意味が無いので、整理された情報を見ながら考えていくことになるのだが、思いついたことを書く場所を用意することで、漠然とではなく、考える手順に組み込んでしまおうという話である。 どうするのかというと、2×2のマトリクスなら、3×3に広げてそれぞれの切り口をかけ合わせる場所を用意するだけだ。 普通にSWOTで整理した後、 こう広げると、かけ
