MPI Persistent Communication
Persistent communication is an optimization for point to point message passing. This module describes when it is appropriate, how it reduces system overhead, and how it is used in a program. Improvement in wallclock time for IBM's MPI on the SP is documented. In the lab exercises, you will modify a code to use persistent communication, and compare the timing for the original and optimized version.
MPICH | High-Performance Portable MPI
MPICH is a high performance and widely portable implementation of the Message Passing Interface (MPI) standard. MPICH and its derivatives form the most widely used implementations of MPI in the world. They are used exclusively on nine of the top 10 supercomputers (June 2016 ranking), including the world’s fastest supercomputer: Taihu Light.

研究メモ - MPI.NET
Visual Studioを使ってC#とMPI.NETを用いたプログラムの作成方法を説明する。今回の動作環境は下記の通りである。 Windows Server 2003 SP2 Visual Studio 2008 MPI.NET ver 1.0.0 なお、Visual Studioにはいくつかの機能が制限されたExpress Editionがあり、そちらでも実行できることが可能である（未確認）。 複数のPCを使って並列計算させたい場合、認証の関係でActive Directoryの機能が必要。そのActive Directoryを使うにはWindows Serverが必要。しかし、ネットワーク上にWindows Serverが1台あれば、OS以外は特別に有料のソフトは必要ないはず（未確認）。 SDKのダウンロード http://www.osl.iu.edu/research/mpi.ne
