NEW YORK (Reuters) - A divided federal appeals court on Tuesday upheld a judge's ruling that Apple Inc AAPL.O had conspired with five publishers to increase e-book prices, in a win for the U.S. Justice Department. By a 2-1 vote, the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed that the conspiracy violated federal antitrust law, and that the judge acted properly two years ago in imposing an injunction
