Contacts Backup - IS Contacts Kit Free on the App Store
Works great, but could be a little better. Nice flexibility in file formats and backup options, plus it pulls in the Notes field, something other apps don't. Also, this thing is fast! I've tired at least five other contacts backup apps and this one is hands down the best. The only problem is that the assigned group(s) don't get reassigned when you import the contacts.
