期限切れ3ヵ月後の牛乳を飲んだらどうなるか？ | isologue
確か事務所の冷蔵庫の牛乳が切れていたと思ってコンビニで牛乳を買って帰ったところ・・・・・・あった。 切れていたのは牛乳ではなくて、賞味期限だった。（しかも、買ってすぐ開封済。） 昨年11月6日に賞味期限切れということは、3ヶ月弱経っているわけで。「のだめ」状態というか「風の谷のナウシカ」状態というか「男おいどん」状態というか、とにかく牛乳パックの中はすんごいことになっているんじゃないかと思って、おそるおそる「あけぐち」を開けてみると・・・・・・ん？カビ等は生えてない模様。 次に、恐る恐る鼻を近づけて匂いをかいでみたが・・・・・・ん？これも、別にツンと匂いがするわけでもない。 ということで、コップに入れて恐る恐る一口飲んでみたが、特に味がヘンとか酸っぱいとかいうこともない。 というか、うまい。（ごく普通の牛乳の味。） 不思議だ・・・。 この牛乳メーカー某社の「ナチュラルテイスト製法」がすごい
