ヒトとヒトが創り上げる、最高のコトとモノ。 レストランはチーム力。みんなが同じ方向を向き、各自のフィールドで最高のパフォーマンスを出す。 それぞれが、自分にしかできない、いいと思うことをやり続けることで、 料理だけでなく、最高の空間や時間を楽しんでもらいたい。 CONCEPT OWNER CHEF 長尾 彰浩 1976年札幌市生まれ。19歳より東京へ。Auberge de Suzuki（オーベルジュ・ドゥ・スズキ）、渋谷初台のCyrano de Bergerac（シラノ・ドゥ・ベルジュラック）などにて5年間修行する。26歳よりフランスへ渡り、パリのRelais Louis XIII（ルレ・ルイ・トレーズ）、南仏アビニョンのHotel Prieure（オテル・プリューレ）、同じく南仏モンペリエのLa Maison de la Lozère（ラ・メゾン・ドゥ・ラ・ロゼール）にて3年間修行する。
