Efficacy and Safety of Prescription Omega-3 Fatty Acids for the Prevention of Recurrent Symptomatic Atrial Fibrillation
Forty-seven participants' randomization stratum was changed after randomization, based on a review of the participants' past medical history: 39 from paroxysmal to persistent and 8 from persistent to paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Efficacy analyses were based on the revised classification and are reflected in the modified intention-to-treat efficacy population. ECG indicates electrocardiography.
