ブログ読者の皆様には長い間お世話になりました。 これでブログはお休みさせていただきたく存じます。 約1年前、福田政権が発足した時の「首相交代の歴史的必然−80年代の成功体験から抜けだせない日本は取り残される」を書きました。先日書いたことと趣旨はほぼ同じでした。東京一極集中という、80年代に成功した国土と経済のままで、地方からの経済改革を怠れば、政権は交代せざるを得ないと論じました。 そして、1年後に、同じ趣旨で、首相交代について論じることになってしまいました。 その間、世界はサブプライムローン（米国の信用力の低い個人向け住宅融資）問題と石油や一次産品の価格上昇によって、大きなダメージを受けています。一方、先進国の不況に対して新興国の経済成長は多少スピードダウンしたとはいえ止まりません。ところが、新興国の株式や不動産は、先進国以上に大きく下がり、いわば投資の振り出しに戻りました。
