かっぱん☆ 懐かしのコンデンスミルク缶。 缶のまま、たっぷりの熱湯に入れて 1時間静かに沸騰させながら加熱して、 そのまま冷まします。 コンデンスミルクの糖分が缶の中で 加熱されてキャラメル化して出来上がり☆ コンデンスミルクキャラメル、という名前ですが 最近なら、ミルクジャムという方が通りがいいかも。 昭和の初めの頃のおやつレシピで、むかーし、 古本屋さんで読んだ本に載っていました。 「暮らしの手帖」だったかな~? 買わずに惜しいことをしました。 大きな鍋で缶詰をことこと茹でる理科の実験ぽい雰囲気や 出来上がりのふたを開けるドキドキ感が楽しい作り方です。 缶詰の外見も懐かしい感じ。コンデンスミルク、ではなく、 練乳、と言った方がしっくりくるかしらん。れんにゅう。 パンの耳ラスクを用意して、つけて食べるれば レトロ感の楽しいお茶会になるかもです。
