Don Mueang airport should be converted to a support centre to generate income as Suvarnabhumi airport takes over all regular services, aviation authorities say. Serirat Prasutanond, acting president of Airports of Thailand Plc (AoT), said Tuesday Don Mueang should support aeronautical activities such as aircraft maintenance, the parking of private aircraft and flight simulation for the private sector.
