pull-reqがマージされたときのトリガーにおけるGITHUB_REFもしくはgithub.refは今まで省略形だったが今後は他のトリガー時と同様にrefs/heads/mainという形式に変更された。使ってる人からしたらBREAKING CHANGESになりそう
