今日は Blender の話をしよう。 3Dについて何も知らないところからどうやって学んだのか。 Blender はかなり多機能だ。何でもできる。でも操作方法は少し変わっている。 たとえばオブジェクトの選択が右クリックだったり、やたらショートカットが多かったりする。メニューからもたどりつけるが、よく使うものはショートカットを覚えたほうが断然早い、というかむしろショートカットなしでは生きて行けないと思う。ウィンドウの配置も自由自在だし、やりたいと思うことはたいてい何でもできるように作られている感じがする。便利なアドオンも多い。自分の好きなようにカスタマイズできる。多機能なソフトウェアがたいていそうであるように、直感的に使えるものではない。 だから学習曲線が妙な感じだった。 最初の数時間は横ばい、その後ぐいっぐい伸びて理解が進んで楽しくなった。しかし数週間もすると、作業のいたるところに罠がある
