For some better understanding on what happens “under the hood”, I would love to do a complete trace of any notifications happening within my application. Naïve as I am, the first thing I tried was registering like this: Somewhere in my app: { [...] [[NSNotificationCenter defaultCenter] addObserver:self selector:@selector(traceNotifications:) name:nil object:nil]; [...] } - (void)traceNotifications
For a personal project of mine, I'm trying to retrieve iPhone WiFi signal strength. I'm fully aware that this in the land of undocumented goodness, so please refrain from the "No Appstore" answers. :) Anywho, I've been reading up on previous WiFi Network Scanner Apps (WiFi Stumbler), but I'm afraid most (if not all) reflect outdated SDK documentation. Hopefully, this question will also provide som
I submitted my app a little over a week ago and got the dreaded rejection email today. It tells me that my app cannot be accepted because I'm using a non-public API; specifically, it says, The non-public API that is included in your application is firstResponder. The problem is that this function needs a Mac keycode, and what I have is a code that represents the specific key. So, for example, I receive: KEY_CODE_SHIFT or KEY_CODE_A - these are both numeric constants
