夏が近づき肌を露出する機会も多くなり、体を引き締めたいとトレーニングを始める人も増えていると思う。もちろんジムに行って器具を使ったトレーニングができれば良いが、自宅で器具を使わない自重トレーニングを行っている人もいるだろう。 自重トレーニングは負荷が弱くて意味がないと言う人もいるが、きちんと行えば効果的なトレーニングは可能だ。しかし、何をやって良いのかわからず取り敢えず流行っている体幹トレーニングだけ…と言う人も多い。 それだけでは十分なトレーニングとは言えないし、体幹の定義も曖昧になっているように感じる。 今回はそんな人達に向けて自重トレーニングの種目やトレーニングプログラムのプランを紹介していく。 以前も自重トレーニングに関しては書いたが、ぼく自身の知識がアップデートされたことや、もう少し上手くまとめられないかと言う気持ちから、また新しく記事にしたいと思う。 自重筋力トレーニングアナト
