ハハが作った「塩豚」が 食べごろになったので キャベツをどっさり入れて 「ポテ」を作りました。 ちょっとおしゃれでしょう♪ ●塩豚 豚バラブロック 500ｇ 塩 大さじ 2 ブラックペッパー 小さじ1 ホワイトペッパー 小さじ1 1.豚肉はフォークなどで刺しておき、塩、ブラックペッパー、ホワイトペッパーをしっかりすり込む。 2.肉をラップでしっかり包んでから厚手のポリ袋（ziploc）などに入れ、空気を抜いて口を閉じ、冷蔵庫のチルド室で保存する。 3.水分が出たら紙でふきとってラップで包み直し、袋に戻して3〜5日置く。 ※好みでハーブをまぶしても美味です。（タイム、オレガノ、ローズマリーなど） ●春のポテ（4人分） 塩豚 300〜500ｇ じゃがいも 3〜4個 たまねぎ 1個 キャベツ 1/2個 ニンジン 1/2本 セロリ 1/4本 ローリエ 2枚 オリーブ油 適宜 塩、こしょう 適
