P2Pローン、もしくはソーシャル金貸し
もちろん、私があなたにお金を貸してもP2PといえばP2Pなのであるが、もうちょっとシステマティックな金貸しシステムの話。 今朝のSan Joes Mercuryより The Loan Arranger: Online venture connects borrowers, lenders 金を貸したい個人と、金を借りたい個人をオンラインで直接結びつける、というビジネスを2月にはじめたProsperというベンチャーについての記事。 貸す側は、今のアメリカだと、銀行に預けるとせいぜい5％しか金利が付かないが、Prosperだったら14％くらいの金利が手に入るというメリットがある。 リターンがよければ、見合ったリスクもあるわけで、借り手が返せなくなったらそれで終わり。一応リスクを減らすため、借り手の履歴や借金の理由を確認する審査や、複数の借り手を合体させて1人の貸し手に貸す、といった仕組みはある
