ハロー ハローハロー舌です 牛の 今回はしゃぶしゃぶするだけなので解体で尺を稼いでいます。以前タンを解体した際に通常の台所装備では厳しいという知見が得られており、具体的には皮を手で保持できないことと普通の包丁では剥離が無理という点ですが、これは有鈎ピンセットとメスで解決できます。 便利 とはいえ表面積があるのでメスで皮を全部剥くというのは現実的ではありません(やればわかりますが皮は引っ張って剥けるとかそういうものではないです) 刺身包丁により皮の剥離に成功 便利 前回の100倍はやく処理がおわりました メスがあると血管を抜けるので抜いています(タンの薄切りに小さく丸い穴があるあれです)ヒマだから抜いてたので特にしなくてもいいと思います。あとヒマというのはウソです いつもの これは煮て食いましょう 生だといくら頑張ってもこのような厚みになります。半分凍らせてスライサーを使うかしゃぶしゃぶ用ス
