アルコール外来に行って気が楽になった話（3/8 0時追記）
酒の量が1日ビール1リットルを突破してきてて「こいつはやべえな」と思った。 手が震えたり、仕事中に酒のんだりはしてない。でも退勤時になると頭に頭痛のような違和感が出てくる。なので酒を買う。そう、酒を買って飲むのだ。体調悪いのに酒を飲むのは依存症状だ。離脱症状で幻覚みるとかはないけど、それが我慢できないっぽい。まだ33で、致命的な事態には至ってない。酒で失敗をしたことはないし、記憶もなくさない。だけど、これが10年後、20年後になるとどうなってるか？YouTubeで依存症末期のひとの動画をみた。手の震えでコップがもてなくなってた。心底ゾッとした。 なのでこれまで何度も躊躇っては行かなかったアルコール外来を受診することにした。 まずは電話で予約をいれる。三週間後にきてくれという話になった。電話越しに簡単な問診を受ける。なぜ予約をいれたか、酒で記憶をなくすか、１日どのくらい飲むか、酒が原因の犯罪
