不確実な時代をクネクネ蛇行しながら道を切りひらく非線形型ブログ。人間の思考の形の変遷を探求することをライフワークに。 僕自身、何か教えられるのって得意じゃないので「育て方」より「育ち方」を。 ウェブ人材として育つための基本の３姿勢まずは前編としてのこのエントリーでは抽象的なところの姿勢に関することを3つ。 なかにはウェブに限らない話もあるとは思うけど、どれも僕自身が、何かを突き止めようとしたら、こうするのがよいと経験上思ってる点です。 蛇行せよ真っ直ぐ一直線に進むのじゃなく、あちこち余所見をしながら蛇行すること。これ、大事なんですよね。真っ直ぐ進めば一点からゴールは見えませんが、蛇行すればいろんな角度からまわりの景色とともに移ろうゴールの様々な形を眺めることができる。効率的にとか、ラクにとか、思ってるようじゃ、ハッキリ言ってダメ。時間なんてかかるものです。 様々なものの見方ができるようにな
