植草元教授セクハラ癖認定されるも勝訴 - 社会ニュース : nikkansports.com
週刊誌「サンデー毎日」に「セクハラ癖は業界で有名」などと書かれ、名誉を傷付けられたとして、植草一秀元大学教授（４７）が発行元の毎日新聞社に１１００万円の賠償を求めた訴訟の判決で、東京地裁は８日、３３万円の支払いを命じた。 大段亨裁判長は「植草元教授は性的な嫌がらせで人間性を傷付ける言動をする傾向があり、セクハラ癖があるというのは真実」と認定したが、「業界で有名という部分は立証されていない」と指摘した。 判決によると、サンデー毎日２００４年５月２日号は「女子高生のスカートの中をのぞいて御用」という見出しの記事を掲載した。 植草元教授は東京都迷惑防止条例違反（痴漢行為）の罪に問われ、無罪を主張しているが１、２審で実刑判決となり、上告中。「セクハラ癖の認定には不満が残る」とコメントした。 毎日新聞社は「主張が認められず承服できない」としている。 ［2008年9月8日16時57分］
