[国会ウォッチャー]労使決議違反をしていても高プロの適用は無効にならない場合もある
国会ウォッチャーです。高プロは、上西先生や佐々木亮先生、嶋崎量先生らの労働弁護士の人たちが一生懸命発信してくれているので、ぜひそちらを見ていただきたいんですけど、立憲民主党の石橋通宏議員の質疑がとても良かったので書き起こしておきます。石橋議員は、はっきり言っちゃうと喋り方が苦手なんだけど、法律で担保されていることの重要性と、国会できちんと言質を取っておくことの重要性がわかっているなぁといつも思っているので応援している。というか吉川沙織さんもすごく好きな議員なので、情報労連はなかなかやるな、と思っている。労働貴族と揶揄されようが、ノブレスオブリージュを果たしているのではないかにゃ。ちょっと脱線するけど、労組出身議員を、労働貴族と毛嫌いする人は多いと思うんだけど、私は国会できちんとした議論をしてくれるのであれば、どこ出身でも構わないし、人間が集まって意見の集約をしようとするときは当然政治
